NIseko Soga Restaurant Forest is a neighbourhood of recreational parks, walking trails, ravine, farmland on the edge of Niseko town. This large sloping block with varied wooded terrain with an easterly aspect facing in the direction of Mt Yotei is situated only a easy stroll from central Niseko town.
This site is not readily obvious from nearby roads and gives one a secluded location feel perfect for a futrue luxury home residence to constructed within the existing forest.
The block has one existing 5 m access through farmland on the northern boundary, while a main entrance road on the southern boundary of more than 9 metres wide is planned. Pine tree a predominant on the block of both evergreen "Todomatsu" and Karamatsu species.
